Return Policy

Uniqups and vendors take pride in our quality products and services and we value our

relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the

item by following our return policy within the applicable 15 day period.

How to Return a Product Purchased from our E-Commerce Site?

• To secure the appropriate return authorization information contact us via email at return@uniquips.com or call (1-760-587-9541)

• Please give us a reason and follow the instructions.

• A Return Authorization may be requested up to 15 days from the shipping invoice date.

• Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via www.uniquips.com

• To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your product back to the vendor from where you purchased the product at www.uniquips.com and notify us at return@uniquips.com. In case you do not have the information, please contact us at return@uniquips.com, we will send you the necessary information.

• Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging.

• It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items.

• If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected. We will contact you to obtain the appropriate information should we decide to issue a credit. At our discretion, we may issue a company check to reimburse you instead.

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are paid by you. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

• A 5-10% inspection and restocking can may apply to all returns.

• Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected by the vendor, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, via check or original method of payment, within 15 calendar days. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Books or other paper products with obvious signs of use;

• Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged, used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and

• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

• There is no refund for customized products or services.

Exchange (if applicable)

Uniquips or vendors only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at return@uniquips.com.

If an exchange is approved, an exchanges can be just done if the same Item is in Stock. Otherwise a refund will be applicable.

• There is no refund for customized products or services.

 

Shipping damage

 

Shipping insurnace cost per 100USD, can be listed separate in cart with this option. Shipping insurnace cost deepend on shipping provider. If nothing added here, no additional insurnace cost will be charged, but seller is still responsable for his shipment.

Example: If 2 added here, and the order is $900 USD, the additional shipping insurnace cost are (2x900)/100 = $18 USD, so the total will be $918 USD.
